About

I believe therapy should be a space where people feel seen, understood, and challenged in meaningful ways.

My work is centered on helping individuals slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. I take a thoughtful and culturally responsive approach, recognizing how identity, lived experience, and environment shape the way we navigate life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in New Jersey, with experience working across community mental health and systems that impact individuals and families. I bring experience working across both clinical settings and the broader systems that shape people’s lives.

In addition to my clinical work, I teach and provide training focused on cultural humility and the broader social contexts that influence mental health.

My style is direct, collaborative, and grounded. I work with clients to move beyond surface-level insight and into meaningful, sustainable change.

I have a particular commitment to supporting individuals from BIPOC communities, with an understanding of the unique cultural and systemic experiences that shape mental health.

Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and continue—at your own pace, and in a way that aligns with who you are.
